What delivery options do you offer?
When delivering to anywhere within the continental United States you may choose from Ground Shipping, 3rd Day Shipping, 2nd Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping. (Not including: Special Purchase items that are not available for expedited shipping and require extended lead-times. Special Purchase items are noted on the item product page.) We also offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska and most International shipping destinations. When shipping to these destinations you will be presented with expedited and economy delivery options which will vary based on your final shipping destination.
How do you calculate estimated delivery dates?
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed for shipment on the same day you place your order for all in-stock items. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed for shipment the next business day. When calculating delivery dates we do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that this estimated delivery date is only an estimate and is not a guarantee that your order will be delivered by that date. On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you within one business day to gather the information we need to proceed with your order.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total amount of your order before any taxes have been applied, except for the Home2 Mattress & Box Spring which has a separate shipping cost.*
When shipping to a destination outside of the continental United States delivery rates are calculated based on the actual shipping address and will vary. You will be presented with expedited and economy delivery options. You will be contacted if additional shipping costs will be charged for remote locations. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be assessed upon delivery. Please note that all prices listed on this site are in US dollars.

What is your return policy?
Items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in new/saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. A refund or exchange will be made as requested by the purchaser. For your protection, credit card information used to make your purchase is not retained in our system. Please contact us with this information if a credit is due to your account.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Beds, pillows and opened bedding are not accepted for returns or exchange. Used or laundered bedding is not returnable.
How can I return an item?
Please ship your returned item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by USPS, UPS, FedEx and other carriers. We will need to contact you for your credit card information if a credit or additional charge is required. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip, and send to:
